Yin Yoga Workshop: Winter Nourishment

Join Lana for a 2 hour deep dive into the practice of Yin Yoga. Yin targets the connective tissue of the body, maintaining and expanding range of motion. The poses are held for 2-5 minutes, and are done close to the floor, often with prop support. As we explore stillness in the body we have an opportunity to release tension in the body and mind.
