Holiday Stress Relief


Shopping, wrapping, baking, too much to do? The holidays are some of the most stressful times, but we are supposed to be enjoying them! Are you trying to think of ways to survive the holidays? Join Me at Zen Yoga for a workshop that will show you the many ways yoga can help you relieve stress and enjoy this season of celebration! 

For two weeks you will learn how the Eight Limbs of Yoga can provide you with guidelines for living a more relaxed and peaceful life. Focus will be on restorative poses, meditation, breathwork and yoga nidra. Linda Stevenson will be incorporating aromatherapy and Reiki to make sure you come out relaxed and renewed. Saturdays, November 10th and 17th from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Cost is $40 per person, minimum of 6 attendees. Sign up by October 13th for an early bird price of $30. Click here to register!
