These Saturday afternoon classes will guide you through the basics of yoga to make you feel comfortable and confident to begin and keep a yoga practice in 2018.
A thorough exploration of poses often encountered in yoga classes will be discussed and practiced to help you enjoy a safe and satisfying yoga practice. The use of props, variations of poses, an introduction to breath awareness and meditation will be included.
