Beginner's Workshop

Join us for a 4 week series as we dive into the practice of Yoga. Lead by Staci Payne, 200 E-RYT. This series will focus on alignment, modifications, breathwork (pranyama) and meditation. Gain access to weekly 2 hour workshops that break down postures and allow you to modify the postures to meet you wherever you are in your practice. This is great for beginners and even intermediate yogis who want to improve alignment and dive deeper into their practice. Designed for all body types and all levels of fitness.
