Yin Yoga Workshop: Winter Nourishment

Join Lana for a 2 hour deep dive into the practice of Yin Yoga. Yin targets the connective tissue of the body, maintaining and expanding range of motion. The poses are held for 2-5 minutes, and are done close to the floor, often with prop support. As we explore stillness in the body we have an opportunity to release tension in the body and mind.

Partner Yoga Workshop

Partner yoga is a form of Hatha yoga, in which the poses are modified in such a way that two people perform them together.  It is for all levels of yoga practitioners, from novice to the seasoned yogi, who are interested in increasing fitness, releasing tension, strengthening relationships, and having a good time. Partner of choice may be a fitness buddy, parent, spouse, significant other or child.  Price is $20 per person and includes some sweet treats to celebrate together!
