Staci started yoga as a means of exercise, but after her first session, it quickly turned into something more. The physical practice was exactly what she was looking for to get in shape but the spiritual practice took it to a new level. In 2013, Staci decided she wanted to further her knowledge of the spiritual aspect of yoga and, after some research, decided her best route to gain the knowledge that she was seeking would be to get a 200 houryoga teacher certification. She attended Half Moon Yoga for this, butwasn’t sure if the outcome would be to teach classes. After getting her certification, she was inspired to share her knowledge with others. Teaching has always been a passion of Staci's, and teaching yoga allows her the creative self-expression she was looking for. The biggest thing that has impacted her view is the yogic thought, that the way you view the world is actually the way you see yourself, you are only able to recognize what exists within you. If you have more self-love and appreciation, you will see it in the world around you. Through her classes, Staci hopes to inspire others to look inward and focus on self-awareness, reflection and self-motivation.
In Staci's spare time she enjoys traveling, attending concerts and spending time with friends and family.
