Meghan has been involved in the fitness industry since 1998 when starting her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science at Kent State University.  After graduating in 2001, she obtained her Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certifications from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has been personal training clients of all fitness levels ever since.  Meghan started regularly practicing yoga in July of 2008 and knew from the first class she had found something special; and was hooked. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in April 2011 at Pulse under Beth Trnka and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance.  

She enjoys teaching classes of all levels and styles and loves the inspiration received from seeing progress in students.  Meghan continues her yoga training by attending workshops and teacher trainings regularly; she has studied with Larry Terkel and Ashtanga yoga with David Keil, Taylor Hunt, and Laura Burt.  In addition to yoga, Meghan teaches several Spinning class a week.  When not teaching yoga, Meghan enjoys cooking, being in nature, and following her passion of doing what she can to help the environment.
