Jaime Mayo started practicing yoga for the physical benefits. It was the first form of exercise that she was able to get excited about and looked forward to each day. The more she practiced, the more she learned that there is so much more to yoga than just the physical aspect. As Jaime complemented her yoga with breathing and meditation practices, she began to see radical positive changes in herself. Then she knew that she had to share yoga with the world. Jaime completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in April 2017 at Zen Yoga Studio.  She is also a Reiki II practictioner. Her mission is to demonstrate by example and through her teaching that yoga is accessible to everyone and they can experience the life changing benefits of asana, pranayama, and meditation.
