The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series is an athletic flow through a set series of postures designed to build strength and purify the physical body through forward folds and gentle hip opening postures. This class will focus on a subset of these postures. Time will be taken to allow for adequate instruction, prep poses and the presentation of modifications. Each class will include sun salutations, a standing sequence, seated postures and a closing sequence. This class is appropriate for all levels.
