Barre is a fusion of yoga, pilates and isometric postures inspired by ballet. Your 60 minute workout will include a warmup, upper body exercises using light weights, pushups and planks; lower body both on the ballet barre and your yoga mat. Class finishes with ab work, cool down and the expected Zen-like ending. No experience is required…just bring your yoga mat, water and a willingness to work hard and sweat!
